Change isn’t always exciting. In fact, it’s often unsettling, disorienting, or just plain scary. Whether it’s a new job, a shift in a relationship, or trying to set boundaries for the first time, you might find yourself wondering who you are and where you fit now.

I work with people in those in-between spaces, when life is shifting and it feels like the ground is moving under your feet. Anxiety, self-doubt, and feeling like you’ve outgrown who you used to be are all part of the process.

 

In our work, we slow things down and pay attention to what’s really happening underneath it all. We don’t rush. My goal is to help you stay grounded and connected to yourself, even as you navigate the unknown and figure out what comes next.
